The numbers don't make sense.
Reporting looks fine, but performance doesn't.
Healthcare operations problem solving
I step into complicated operational problems, struggling initiatives and messy processes, figure out what's really happening, and help turn it around.
No perfectly defined project required. Start with the problem you can see.
When to bring me in
Reporting looks fine, but performance doesn't.
Denials, backlog, rework, escalations or leakage aren't improving.
Too many handoffs, spreadsheets, exceptions, workarounds and people holding it together manually.
The system is there. The improvement isn't.
Everyone is involved, but nobody is driving the whole thing.
You just can't see the whole problem yet.
What I actually do
Not every problem needs a large consulting engagement. Sometimes you need an experienced operator who can get into the details quickly, separate symptoms from causes, connect the dots across teams and systems, and get the right work moving.
Understand what is actually happening through workflows, data, reporting, conversations, systems and evidence.
Separate noise from risk, identify root causes, quantify impact and determine what deserves attention first.
Redesign workflows, clarify ownership, improve controls, simplify reporting, address technology friction or restructure the work.
Turn recommendations into execution, measures, accountability and practical operating rhythms.
What better looks like
Experience
I've worked inside healthcare operations for nearly two decades, across payer, TPA, provider and healthcare technology environments. I've led operational transformation, workflow redesign, claims and appeals initiatives, technology implementations, revenue recovery, performance improvement and complex cross-functional programs.
I know how to work at the executive level without losing sight of what's actually happening three layers down in the operation.
How I work
You should understand what is actually happening before replacing people, buying technology, redesigning workflows or launching another initiative. Evidence first. Assumptions second.
That's how I work. It doesn't need to become another framework your organization has to maintain.

Let's talk
You don't need to diagnose it before contacting me. Tell me what's happening, what you expected to happen, and why it's becoming a problem.
We'll figure out whether I can help.
